Your data plan begins counting down the moment you activate your eSIM by scanning the unique QR code provided on your smartphone.

After purchasing an eSIM, you will receive a QR code via email. To set up the eSIM, simply access your device's settings, navigate to the Mobile/Cellular Data section, and follow the instructions to scan the QR code. Detailed setup instructions are provided with all eSIM purchases.

Currently, it is not possible to extend or renew the data on your eSIM. However, you have the option to purchase another eSIM if you require additional data.

Upon purchase, your eSIM will be delivered immediately to the email address provided during the purchase process. Please note that eSIM purchases are non-refundable, so ensure your selection is accurate. For more information, refer to our refund policy.

The eSIM is designed specifically for cellular data usage and does not include a local phone number for making or receiving calls or sending SMS.

We recommend setting up your eSIM shortly before your departure, ensuring you have a stable Wi-Fi connection during the setup process. However, you can also activate the eSIM upon arrival at your destination, as long as you have access to a Wi-Fi connection beforehand.

Data sharing is only available for specific eSIMs. For example, some eSIMs may offer data sharing capabilities, while others may not. Please refer to the product information page to determine if the eSIM supports data tethering.

Yes, you can continue using your existing WhatsApp number with all your conversations and contacts as usual.

Each eSIM can only be activated on one device. If you remove the eSIM from your device, it cannot be reused. However, you can share data with another device by setting up a mobile hotspot from your cellphone.

The Simles eSIM provides maximum speed coverage (4GLTE), offering a fast and reliable internet connection. Please note that in more remote areas, the speed may be slightly slower.

Yes, to ensure the best coverage and connectivity, you need to activate data roaming in your device's settings. This will not incur any additional charges if you have already set up the Simles eSIM.

If you accidentally delete or lose the QR code, please contact our 24/7 customer support team at help@simles.net or through our online chat option. We will promptly resend the QR code to you via email.

There is no need to delete the eSIM once you have finished using it. However, if desired, you can remove the eSIM by accessing your phone's SIM card manager.

If you have an Apple device, you can use both your SIM card and the Simles eSIM simultaneously. You can assign the SIM card for phone calls and SMS, while using the Simles eSIM for cellular data. Please note that leaving your SIM card activated may result in data roaming charges for calls and SMS.

Please note that eSIMs are digital products, and once delivered, we cannot confirm or verify if you have used the associated data plan. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for eSIM purchases. For more details, please refer to our returns policy on our website.

Once you consume all your data or the validity period of your eSIM expires, the eSIM will cease to function, and you will no longer be able to connect to the internet.
